How do I book a photo session with you?
You can reach out through my contact form. Once I know the session type and your preferred date, I’ll send over all the booking details, including the contract and retainer information.
How far in advance should I book?
For portrait sessions, booking a few weeks in advance usually works well. Weddings tend to fill up several months ahead of time, so reaching out early is always a good idea—especially if you have a specific date in mind.
What happens after I book?
Once your date is secured, you’ll receive a session guide with outfit tips, location ideas, and what to expect. On session day, just show up and enjoy—I’ll take care of the rest.
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a small preview gallery within a few days. Final edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks for portrait sessions and 6–8 weeks for weddings.
How will my photos be delivered?
Your images will be sent via a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your photos in high resolution.
What should I wear?
After booking, you’ll receive a simple styling guide with color suggestions, outfit coordination tips, and examples of what photographs well in different settings. You can always reach out if you’d like feedback on outfit options.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If the forecast looks rough, we’ll touch base the day before to discuss options. I’m happy to reschedule. Cloudy skies actually photograph beautifully, so we’ll make the best call together.
Can I bring my family, partner, or pet?
Absolutely! Just let me know ahead of time so we can choose a location and session flow that work best for everyone involved.
What are your payment and retainer policies?
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your session. Payment plans are available upon request.
Do you travel for sessions or weddings?
Yes! I’m based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, but I’m always up for traveling to new places. Sessions within 30 miles are included, and I’m happy to provide a custom quote for anything beyond that.
